Nutrivant Starter 11-36-24 comes from the Nutrivant family of Foliar Fertilizers. It’s rich in Phosphorus and Potassium in particular. These are among the top macronutrients essential for plant growth. It is responsible for assisting the growth of roots and flowers and subsequently, the seed formation. It also helps plants withstand environmental stress and harsh weather variations. Thus, helping the crops in early establishment, development, and prematurity growth stages.
Nutrivant Booster is rich in Potassium which is a macronutrient essential for plant growth at the flowering stage so as to extract a higher fruit yield from a plantation.
Nutrivant PeakVant is rich in Phosphorus and Potassium which are the macronutrients essential for plant growth at the flowering and fruits stage so as to extract a higher fruit yield from a plantation. The mix has a lower Nitrogen to Potassium ratio that ensures there’s no drying out and falling of the flowers. Foliar nutrition can be used to increase crop yield, impart resistance to diseases and insect pests, improve drought tolerance, and enhance crop quality. Foliar nutrition is an important tool for the sustainable and productive management of crops.
The best time for foliar spraying is early morning and late afternoon, when humidity is higher and the leaves are in a state of complete turgor, with their cells full of water. Spraying should be done under minimal wind conditions. This is especially important with finely atomized sprays, as they drift readily. Always spray when soil moisture is sufficient as leaves will be turgid and not under water stress. Consider irrigating the day prior to spraying.
Avoid foliar spraying just before rain, or overhead application of irrigation. This prevents the sprayed material being washed off.
The optimal pH of a foliar spray is slightly acidic (pH 5 ± 0.5).
