Universol Yellow gives a boost of potassium and is most frequently used at the beginning of the growth to stimulate the rooting of freshly planted crops. Universol Yellow should be applied via the irrigation system. Depending on the situation, treatment can be repeated once or twice before changing to a more nitrogen based formula.
