ICL and Syngenta, along with event partners Campey Turf Care and Toro are delighted to announce details of Turf Science Live Ireland 2016.
The one day event, where delegates can learn about some of the latest developments in turf agronomy and turf maintenance machinery, including live demonstrations, will take place on Thursday 29th September at Carton House, Maynooth, Co Kildare.
Last year over 120 groundsmen, superintendents, turf managers and agronomists attended the event, which was held at Naas Golf Club.
The innovative event format gives the opportunity for delegates to visit ‘stations’ and engage in active discussion and debate on the merits and potential for different techniques and practices.
This year ICL will be discussing using seaweed in turf and also looking at integrated turf management in autumn, whilst visitors to Syngentas’ stations will learn about the formulation of turf products and be given an insight into the findings of 2 new seed germination and establishment research studies.
Campey Turf Care will demonstrate the latest innovative machinery for groundscare professionals and Toro will be showcasing the latest in innovative grass cutting machinery for Golf and Fine Turf applications.
