Accordingly, we are taking actions to prevent the spread of the COVID-19 ("Coronavirus") from ICL operations, plants, and other sites worldwide. ICL follows and adheres to orders, guidelines and procedures issued and published by the relevant regulatory authorities, as well as adopts appropriate steps and measures within our facilities to minimize the effects of the Coronavirus.

ICL is making great efforts to maintain its current level of production, supply and services. However, the Coronavirus outbreak is a global crisis which is evolving daily and therefore it may influence our activities in the near future.
