Everything we do is all about improving the students’ university experience, so these training courses boost our knowledge which then helps us make a difference to the facilities.

“We want to show as a university, that we can bring someone in as an apprentice and that they can work their way up to a management position; and doing all these courses helps them on that path.

“Once you see your points building up you just have to look at it and use it as a tool to improve your operations.”
